More than €560m has been invested into Porto Montenegro in Tivat, with an additional €500m expected to be poured into the nautical resort and marina project over the next 15 years. “We have to keep in mind that we are only building on one quarter of what should eventually be 24 acres, which once belonged to Arsenal. I believe that in the next 15 years, we can talk about an additional 500 million in investments. This is difficult to predict, because the site study is just adopting,” Danilo Kalezic, PR manager of Porto Montenegro, said in an interview with local news outlets. “We are currently completing two business-residential buildings, the Bja building, which is a continuation of the Regent Hotel and thus completes the regent pool club residence system. At the same time, we are completing a building called Elena, worth more than €20m which will open this summer.”
