Acteeum Group and Leroy Merlin will develop the Koszalin Power Center in northwestern Poland. The complex will go up on an 11 ha plot and will offer 37,000 sqm in 30 units as well as 1,100 parking spaces. Main tenants will include Leroy Merlin, Agata Meble and an American fast food chain. The opening is scheduled for the first quarter of 2021. Acteeum Group owns shopping centers in Krosno, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Wołomin, Stalowa Wola and Elbląg.
