IWG has leased 2,600 sqm in the Fabryka Kart building located on Cieszyńska Street in Kraków. JLL advised the tenant during the leasing negotiations. Fabryka Kart building is listed as a historic monument. The building was constructed in 1922, but it underwent a major renovation in 2017 that converted the structure into office space. That project was carried out according a completed by the Artur Jasiński i Wspólnicy architecture studio. From 1972 until 2013 the property housed a playing card factory. Fisheye is leasing the building.
