Colliers International’s Polish team has leased 93,129 sqm of office space over the first seven months of 2019. That’s more than the department’s total transaction volume in 2018 (88,106 sqm). Its biggest so far was the lease of 46,000 sqm of office space to mBank in Mennica Legacy Tower for the Wola district building’s developer Golub GetHouse. Other large deals by the Colliers team include a 12,780 sqm lease to AXA in Warsaw Trade Tower (also owned by Globalworth), and a 4,788 sqm lease at Młodziejowski Palace to the OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. That building is owned by Patrizia.
