Allianz Services and Allianz Partners have leased 9,200 sqm of offices at Globalworth Campus in Bucharest. The space is in the project’s in Tower 3 building, which is being developed by Globalworth Real Estate Investments. Construction broke ground in the first quarter of last year and will be delivered at the end of 2019. The tower will offer approximately 35,000 sqm of class A office space.
