P3 will expand the warehouse at its Piotrków park by an additional 3,109 sqm to accommodate the main sorting office for InPost. The handover is planned for the fourth quarter of 2019. Cushman & Wakefield acted as an agent in the lease transaction. P3 Piotrków is located in Wola Bykowska, near Piotrków Trybunalski, and is one of the largest warehouse parks in central Poland. “I’m very pleased that P3 Piotrków park’s excellent location in Poland is making clients want to stay, develop and expand the areas occupied by them.
