Assa Abloy has leased 745 sqm at Equal Business Park in Kraków. The leader in door opening solutions was represented by Cresa Poland. Equal Business Park, owned by Cavatina Holding, offers 50,000 sqm of class A office space on Wielicka street. “Assa Abloy was looking for a modern centrally located office that would appeal to job candidates. Thanks to the developer’s flexible approach and seamless negotiations the tenant will be able to open yet another office this year,” said Karolina Słysz of Cresa Poland.
