Forte Partners has achieved the Green Homes certification for the first phase of its Aviatiei Park residential project, located in northern Bucharest. The €37m investment involves the construction of 176 apartments in this first phase and 195 apartments in the second. Aviation Park is a enclosed residential complex, with housing units being joined by alleys, squares and green spaces. The first phase of the project is 94 percent sold.
