Ailleron has leased 8,000 sqm of office space in Podium Park in Kraków. It’s one of the biggest transactions in the Małopolska office market in 2019. The technology company was represented by Colliers International during the lease process. Podium Park is made up of three connected 11-storey buildings with a total GLA of 50,000 sqm. The complex is being built in Kraków at the junction of Jana Pawła II and Izydora Stella-Sawickiego streets. The building is one of only a few in Poland to be BREEAM-certified with the highest possible rating of Outstanding. The investor, Podium Investment, received financing from Alior Bank S.A.
