One Mircea Eliade, a residential project currently under development by One United Properties within the One Floreasca City complex in Bucharest, secured Green Homes pre-certification from the Romanian Green Building Council. More than 50 percent of the apartments and commercial spaces available at One Mircea Eliade has already been sold. Construction has reached the 10th floor. One United Properties has invested almost €100m into One Floresca City.
