Alex Pappas has joined Lee & Associate as principal of the firm’s South Florida branch. Pappas will establish a multifamily institutional sales platform for the company focusing on multifamily and mixed use development investments. He will also be responsible for the advisory and disposition of stabilized multifamily properties throughout the region. Pappas has more than 25 years of real estate experience in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Before joining Lee & Associates, Pappas was an investment adviser with Florida Capital Realty. He holds a B.A. in marketing from the University of South Florida.
