Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra has been appointed Senior Partner at Colliers International. She manages the CEE Corporate Finance department, which provides consulting on debt financing, mezzanine financing, raising capital, finding capital partners and supports client in acquiring companies or listing companies on the stock exchange. She also chairs the Polish branch of the Urban Land Institute, an international non-profit organisation supporting responsible planning and sustainable development of cities. Wysokińska-Kuzdra has over 20 years of experience in real estate, finance and banking. Prior to joining Colliers International, as a senior partner at Griffin Real Estate for 11 years, she was responsible for the Group’s management and investments, and also for the first mezzanine fund operating in Poland. She co-created a logistics platform that is co-managed by Griffin.
