PCCP and Fore Property Company started construction of a new apartment complex in Winter Garden, Florida. The 352-unit property will sit on 16 acres just outside Walt Disney resort’s main western entrance. The Westerly will offer eight studios, 144 one-bedroom, 160 two-bedroom and 40 three-bedroom units across six four-story buildings. The complex will sit across the street from the 500-acre Disney Flamingo Crossings master planned development that will house five name brand hotels and a 400,000 sq ft retail outlet center. Completion is scheduled for late 2020.
