Work on a new residential complex called Zain park began recently in the capital of Montenegro. The project is located in the Zagoric district, with completion of the first phase expected within a few months. The investor is Zain Property Development from Oman. The complex will have small studios up to three-floor, 141 sqm villas with private gardens. It will offer 24/7 security, video cameras, gym, playgrounds, and maintenance services. The estimated value of the investment will be about €6m. Novi Volvox has been entrusted with construction duties while the local Studio Synthesis has carried out the design. Currently, 30 percent of the complex has been sold.
