Panattoni Europe has completed the first phase of City Logistics Wrocław I. The facility is one of five projects under the developer’s City Logistics Parks concept. The fully leased first phase includes 36,700 sqm of space in two buildings. The project will be expanded by an additional 25,000 sqm. Construction on the next phase of the project is set to start this August, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2020.
