Echo Investment delivered the first building in the Moje Miejsce complex in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district. The Havas Group has already moved into the 18,000 sqm building on Józefa Piusa Dziekońskiego street. Work on the second office building, totaling 17,000 sqm, has already begun. The project will also include five residential buildings with 244 apartments on Beethovena street. The project was designed by Jems Architekci. Completion of the entire project is scheduled for the end of 2020.
