Clearstream Operations, a subsidiary of Deutsche Borse Group, has signed a new lease on more than 17,500 sqm of space at Futurama Business Park in Prague’s Karlín business district. The 10-year lease agreement, brokered by Caerus IM, is one of the biggest office deals in the Czech Republic this year. Clearstream has been gradually expanding its space at the property since 2009, when it first moved in. Futurama offers 45,000 sqm of class A space on five floors.
