Offering more than 790,000 sqm of space, Tricity is one of Poland’s fastest-growing office markets, according to Cresa. Gdańsk leads with 596,000 sqm, followed by Gdynia with 160,000 sqm and Sopot with 32,000 sqm. Taking advantage of growing demand, developers have broken ground on new projects that are expected to deliver more than 230,000 sqm to the market over the next three years, bringing the region’s total office stock up to more than 1 million sqm, according to Cresa.
