London Partners has completed Soho Unirii, a residential project near Unirii Square in Bucharest. The project includes 236 one-room, two-room, three-room, and four-room apartments in three low-rise buildings. The total investment amounts to about €26m. The units will be officially handed over to their new owners by the end of the summer. Approximately 70 percent of the apartments have already been sold.
