Pearson IOKI has renewed its lease on 1,200 sqm at Nobel Tower in Poznań. JLL advised the tenant during the lease process. Nobel Tower is a 14-story class A office building located in Poznań’s Jeżyce district. The technologies installed in the project allow for a significant reduction in energy consumption and the rational management of both natural resources and waste.
