Morgan Stanley will officially take over America House, a 27,500 sq ft office building on Victoria Square in Bucharest, from AEW Europe this summer in a transaction worth nearly €90m. The deal, with a yield of 5.6 percent, will be finalized after two years of negotiations. The project was delivered in 2006. The transaction could also include the Promenada Târgu Mureş Mall, originally called European Retail Park Targu Mures.
