JYSK has leased an additional 35,000 sqm of new warehouse space at P3 Piotrków. The Danish retailer now currently occupies more than 80,000 sqm at the logistics park. “We’re delighted that such large retail chains like JYSK are keen to develop in our park. This is proof of confidence for us and confirmation of the excellent location of the P3 Piotrków park on the warehouse map of Poland,” said Piotr Bzowski, leasing and development director of P3 Logistic Parks in Poland. “Due to ever-growing interest in this park, we’re already planning the next phases of its development. Within the P3 Piotrków park, we have enough land to develop an additional 230,000 sqm or so of modern warehouse space, which can also accommodate a building covering up to 100,000 sqm.” The construction of P3 Piotrków started in 2008. Just over the past year and a half, the investor has delivered more than 110,000 sqm of new space at the park.
