The Marquis of Tampa apartment complex in Tampa has been sold by Sachs Cos. in a $60.4m deal. The buyer, Axonic Properties, paid just over $170,620 per unit for the 354 apartments. Built in 1998, amenities include two swimming pools and spas, a clubhouse and fitness center along with a theater room and gated entry. JBM Institutional Multifamily Advisors facilitating the deal of the 97-percent leased asset. With this purchase, Axonic Properties now owns 952 residential units throughout Florida.
