Forte Partners announces that €55m office project, The Bridge 2, obtained the LEED Platinum certification. The Bridge 2 has been completed and is fully-leased. The first phase of the project was certified with LEED Platinum 82. Last August, Forte Partners signed a deal for the sale of the BRIDGE to the Dedeman group, but the company continues to carry on with the development of the third phase. It’s also in charge of project management, which will continue until work is completed.
