One United Properties has completed the concept for its new project One Cotroceni Park, a multifunctional office, retail and residential compound that will offer a floor plate up to 8,000 sqm, not seen previously on the Bucharest office market. The real estate developer estimates that construction work on the project’s office component will start in the second half of 2019. The business park will be developed in two phases of 44,000 sqm and 34,000 sqm. One Cotroceni Park will be certified LEED (targeting LEED PLATINUM level) and WELL and will be directly connected to the future subway station Academia Militara, via an underground passageway.
