M7 Real Estate has appointed real estate services firm Savills as property manager for its recent office acquisitions: Green Park, Mazovia Plaza and Delta 44, thereby extending its cooperation with the advisor. Green Park is a complex of eight office buildings with a total area of 25,000 sqm in Katowice. Mazovia Plaza, located in Warsaw’s Praga district, is an historic eight-storey building designed by Jerzy Gieysztor and offering 5,100 sqm. Delta 44 is located in the centre of Wrocław, next to the railway station. The office building with retail units was completed in 2014.
