Echo Investment has started construction of Fuzja, a mixed-use project in Łódź. Located on Tymienieckiego Street, the scheme includes 20 buildings of which 14 buildings will be developed through the conversion of existing buildings on the site. Two residential properties with 274 apartments will be built in the first stage. They will offer flats ranging in size from 29 sqm to 111 sqm. Completion is scheduled for 2021.
