AFI Europe has acquired a multifunctional project in on the corner of Thamova and Pernerova streets Prague 8 from Karlin Group. While Block B as it is called is conceived as a multifunctional project with residential, office and retail space, most of the 9,000 sqm will be occupied by flats. “We plan to begin construction work this winter and the expected completion is at the end of 2021,” said AFI Europe’s director Doron Klein. E15 reports that Karlin Group intends to focus on other projects, including its private dorm concept in Prague 7 – Holešovice called Student House. Knight Frank helped broker the land deal, while the design of the project is by the Slovenian studio Bevk Perovic arhitekti.
