The Montenegrin based company KIPS is developing a multifunctional complex in Podgorica near the Capital Plaza shopping mall. Called Elite Residence, the project involves the construction of three buildings that will offer apartments with between one and three bedrooms along with 19 office units. The developer reports that sales have already gotten underway. Meanwhile, KIPS is planning to buy a 14,000 sqm plot of land 3 km away for another project. The land was formerly part of the Radoje Dakic factory complex.
