Dranoff Properties has started construction of Arthaus, 108-unit condominium tower in Philadelphia. The 47-story, $253m mixed-use scheme will also house 4,200 sq ft of ground-floor retail space. The building will have more than 36,000 sq ft of amenities, including a rooftop greenhouse with individual planting beds. The residential tower will be move-in ready by fall 2021, according to the developer. Dranoff bought the site, the former office and studio of Philadelphia International Records, nearly six years ago.
