Skanska completed Praga Studios, its new office building in Pernerova Street in the Prague 8 district of Karlín and the first tenants are moving into the complex. The first to open was coworking and flexible offices provider Scott & Weber, while the Spojka Karlín restaurant by Etnosvět s.r.o. is due to open as well. Etnosvět will be providing catering for Spojka Events, a 600 sqm event space completed in an industrial style that will target the organizers of conferences, workshops and training sessions. The largest tenant of the building is the medical technologies company, Edwards Lifesciences, which leased 5,300 sqm, nearly half of the building capacity. The grand opening of Praga Studios is due at the end of August.
