Iulius and Atterbury Europe are planning to open the first phase of Iulius Town Timisoara at the end of August. The first phase includes 120,000 sqm of retail, 100,000 sqm of class A office space and 4,070 parking spaces. In addition to a variety of different restaurants and cafes, the investors will also be bringing a number of new brands to the local market as well as the largest health and fitness center in Romania. The investment is valued at €220m.
