CBRE has set up a new service focusing on coworking centers and flexible offices in the Czech Republic. It’s being led by Lenka Hrudikova, who has been named Coworking and Flexible Office Specialist. She joined the company a year ago after a 9-year stint at ExxonMobil. “We’re seeing a big demand for renting these types of spaces from individuals, small companies or start-ups, and also short-term rents from big companies that aim at placing their teams or external workers for partial projects. That’s why we’ve decided to meet these requirements of our clients and we’ll offer them vacant spaces for short-term rents in co-woking centres or flexible offices,” says Richard Curran, Managing Director at CBRE. Hrudíková studied tourism in the UK at the University of Sunderland and she graduated from the Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague.
