Hochtief Polska is set to break ground on the second phase of a language laboratory for the University of Warsaw. To go up on Dobra street, the new four-story building will house the faculty of applied and modern linguistics spread over 28,700 sqm. The project will also include two underground levels. The cost of the investment is PLN 165m. Construction is scheduled to take 30 months.
