A new residential complex is underway in Kotor Bay’s Kavac settlement along the Montenegrin coast. The scheme will include about 500 apartments. The investors are mostly Turkish citizens, some of the biggest land buyers in Montenegro in recent years, according to local news reports. A number of facilities within the complex are in their final construction phases. Infrastructure work on surrounding roads and playgrounds is currently underway.
