The Zagreb-based investor Inceptum sport is creating a new 3,000 sqm shopping plaza in Zupanija, Croatia where a Kaufland store once operated. The modernized facility is expected to open by the end of July, later than expected due to unusually heavy rains. Work got underway on the €2m investment in May. The center, which has a Lidl grocery store next to it, will offer brands such as Tedi, Pepco, KiK and Bipa in units of up to 600 sqm.
