Dream Finders Homes, based in Jacksonville, has bought out the South Carolina-based home builder Village Park Homes, which it expects to deliver over 300 homes in 2019 in the Bluffton/Hilton Head region. Dream Finders has home building operations in Orlando, Savannah, Austin, Denver, and the Washington, D.C. area. The firm closed over 1,400 homes in 2018 and is currently the nation’s 36th largest home builder. “We are pleased to complete the acquisition of Village,” said Dream Finders Homes CEO Patrick Zalupski. “We believe the acquisition will help grow our presence up the Southeast Coast and further allow us to leverage our rapidly growing scale. I would like to personally welcome all of the Village Park Homes employees to our family.”
