Prime Kapital has requested a construction permit for all 733 homers it intends to build in its Avalon Estate project in northern Bucharest. The developer was originally going to request separate permits for each phase. Prime Kapital is hoping to accelerate construction after seeing high demand during the project’s pre-sales period. The homes will range in size between 70 sqm and 262 sqm.
