7R broke ground on a new warehouse park in Bronisze, close to the capital. 7R Park Warsaw West I is the company’s second project in the Mazovia region. Underway along Poznańska street, the project will include two class A buildings totaling 16,500 sqm that can be used either as standard warehouse space or for light production. The first 9,200 sqm building has already been leased to one of the largest logistics companies in the country specializing in courier services. Atlas Ward Polska is the general contractor.
