Tereza Bila has joined JLL’s office leasing team in the position of Flexspace consultant. She’ll be responsible for working with tenants, landlords and operators of flexible office facilities. Prior to joining JLL, Bila worked for four years at Regus in a variety of positions where she gained experience in communication with clients, property and facility management, dealing with suppliers and marketing. She studied at the Ostrava University and continued her studies at FH Campus in Vienna. JLL reports that there are currently 57 flexible office facilities covering a total of 47,300 sqm and that the amount on offer will rise by 67 percent.
