Atal has kicked off apartment sales for its Karolinka Apartments project in Gliwice. Prices start at PLN 5,300 per sqm. The three-building estate will offer 251 apartments, ranging in size from 26 sqm to 116 sqm, as well as four service units. Each apartment will have a balcony, terrace or garden. The estate will also have underground parking for 207 vehicles. Completion of the first stage is scheduled for the third quarter 2021. The project was designed by Wojciech Wojciechowski.
