Commerce Pointe Gold paid $8.5m for a 43,433 sq ft office building in Palm Beach County, Florida. The seller was KAS Gold, an affiliate of SF Partners. The tenant mix includes the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, Sasser, Cestero & Sasser, AEG Live SE and Scuttina Real Estate Group. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
