Donohoe Companies & Affiliates paid $17.75m for two industrial buildings in Springfield, Virginia. Located on nearly 6.5 acres of land in the Shirley Industrial Complex, the buildings offer 120,661 sq ft of space as well as outdoor storage and parking, ample dock doors and drive-in bays. One of the buildings underwent an extensive renovation in 2018 and was leased for 15 years to a notable tenant with strong credit. The other building is fully leased to two tenants that have been at the property for more than 20 years. Transwestern represented the seller, Fernau LeBlanc Investment Partners.
