Liebrecht & Wood broke ground on the next phase of Centrum Praskie Koneser in Warsaw. This phase will feature two five-story office buildings offering 22,000 sqm of leasables space. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2021. The mixed-use complex already has 25,500 sqm of completed office space. Tenants include Campus Warsaw and Google Space, Clico, Energy Solution, Link, WPP and RK Legal, Waberer’s Polska and Atende.
