Horizon Development is taking over as property manager of Park Atrium in Budapest. The mandate starts June 1 and includes redevelopment, leasing and marketing services. Completed in 2004, the scheme offers 26,000 sqm of office and retail space. Tenants include ING, NN, Deloitte and Roche. Park Atrium is owned by a Luxembourg-based real estate fund, which is represented by REInvest Asset Management S.A.
