Santander Bank Polska has leased 5,000 sqm at CZ Office Park A in Lublin. The banking institution was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. The class A office and service building, part of CZ Office Park, offers 21,000 sqm of leasable space. The project is located at the interaction of Nałęczowska street and Kraśnicka avenue, close to Lublin’s main thoroughfares. CZ Office Park broke ground in 2015. The 80,000 sqm complex is expected to be completed in 2025.
