Industrial Element is planning to build a 60,000 sqm logistics park in Craiova, southern Romania. Eli Park Craiova is expected to cost €35m. The project will go up in three phases on an 11 ha plot of land, near the Ford factory with direct access to the E70 motorway. Industrial Element is currently in the process of obtaining all the necessary permits to start construction in the fourth quarter of this year.
