Shopoff Realty Investments and Praelium Commercial Real Estate secured $14.3m in acquisition financing for a class A office building in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 125,000 sq ft building has been fully leased to AT&T since 1988. Walker & Dunlop secured the two-year, interest-only loan on behalf of the buyers. Sitting on a 9-acre site, the asset is less than 10 minutes from the Douglas International Airport and the city’s downtown central business district.
