Budimex Nieruchomości has started apartment sales for the second phase of the Mińska 69 residential project in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district. The latest phase, called Olympic, includes 29 apartments, ranging from 36 to 88 sqm, in four buildings. All flats will feature either a balcony, terrace, loggia or garden. Mińska 69 will include five phases: Praho, Olympic, Rewir, Havana and Cyrulik. Completion of first phase is scheduled for 2020.
