JLL was named exclusive leasing agent of 30 Independence Boulevard in Warren, New Jersey The six-story 213,257 sq ft class A office building was built in 1997. The building is currently undergoing a multimillion capital improvement program that includes a new branded entrance, exterior landscaping, expanded parking, new lobby, a 100-seat conference center, a fitness center and a golf simulator. Griffin Capital acquired the office building in October 2013 from Beacon Capital Partners L.P.
